Cancellation Policy

Ocean Elements Salt Spa and Float Center would like for you to please note that we do have a 24 hour cancellation, late cancellation and no-show fee policy.  By making this reservation, you have made a room or service unavailable to anyone else.  You may cancel up to 24 hours prior to your appointment without penalty.  Any cancellations less than 24 hours of your appointment time will be subject to a $45 late cancel fee.  No call/no shows will be charged the full price of your service.  We like to believe that we are a pretty understanding bunch, and we don't want to have to charge you, and I’m sure you don't want us to charge you, so please give us at least 24 hour notice if you need to cancel or modify your booking. No refunds will be given for unused credits.
